Welcome to The TOTAL COPY SERVICE website.

We are a company dedicated to increasing the profit margin of small to medium sized businesses, by saving them money on every day office equipment needs, repairs, supplies (toner, developer, drums, etc...), or additional equipment. Our philosophy is simple,

We can provide whatever you would want in office equipment; copiers, faxes, printers, new or used, analog or digital, multi function, network capable, and color.  Because we are independent, we are not tied to any one major manufacturer of office equipment.  Therefore, we can provide what you need for any type of equipment you already have as well as setting you up with whatever your business may be lacking.

Although major manufacturers have quality products and provide excellent service, they don't spend much time with smaller businesses.  They tend to focus on the larger companies that can buy the big equipment, providing them with large profits.  When it comes to service, supplies and maintenance, again, big dollars.  It's not uncommon to expect hourly rates of $125 and up for a service call. However, if you are in the market for one of these machines, I can connect you with the appropiate dealer who handles the type of equipment you want, and probably get you a better deal! 

About us:

Total Copy Service is an independent office equipment company, located in southern California, established in1985. Our owner started working in this industry when the only plain paper copy systems were Xerox, and carbonpaper.  Our technicians have many years of experience and are all experts in their field. We service  the southern LA and Orange county area, and have associate dealers in the surronding counties.
