• Inspection / Evaluation call, $49     (have your equipment checked out to see if repairs are cost effective before paying for parts, supplies or labor charges.  if service is approved, then the $49 will be applied towards the repair if done within 20 days)
• Copier Hourly rate of $85 per hr. 
• (after the first hr, additional time is calculated in increments of 1/4 hr.) see HP printer tab for rates.
• Maintenance Agreements             (excludes consumables, drum, blades, toner, developer, heat rollers,  press rollers, cleaning rollers, and paper)
• Balanced Copy Agreements             (includes all consumables, except toner and paper)
